Bonjour, mon cher blog, it’s been some time I didn’t write here… Today we’ve spent some great time at a Belgian cafe in Sydney “Choc & Moi”.
To celebrate his 5th birthday, Anton opted for a chocolate workshop. This turned to be the greatest choice: a couple of hours filled with a real story and lots of fun!

They started with some introduction to the chocolate making process (a bit of theory prior to practice shouldn’t hurt, right? 😊)
Knowledge sharing wouldn’t be complete without tasting 🤭🍫
Time “wrap up the sleeves” (ok, figuratively speaking, as it was a hot day – thanks, Choc&Moi for the aircon)! Everyone goes to the kitchen (even moms were that curious that rather than using the free time for shopping, the stayed and watched the whole thing)!

Every kid has decorated their own bag and took away the chocolate they made.

Thanks for the lovely experience, Choc&Moi!

Practical:
Choc & Moi is open every day. A broad range of tastes and shapes is a joy for the eyes (not only hehe 😉) and might stimulate ideas of presents 🎁.
