Surfers paradise 

Queensland is definitely not called “the Sunshine state” for nothing: plenty of sun and warm weather throughout the year are the key features of this region.

The city of Gold Coast looks quite young and resembles both Dubai (glassy skyscrapers) and Spanish coastal cities (packed with stylish hotel buildings).





The main beach – “The surfers paradise” offers almost white sand and crystal clear water – as clear as it looks as liquid glass and the bubbles that come to the sand with waves rustle as millions of little crystals. 



We caught a trip on the Aquaduck – a bus and a boat in one. A funny thing actually:

As a part of the program, kids are allowed to “steer” the bus for a couple of minutes:


Every kid driver gets a personal certificate:

The rest of the day was spent at the pool 🏊
